Upon moving to Congressional one of the first projects I had to take on was the HACCP plan for a new kitchen.  Knowing Jill’s expertise it was an obvious choice to make.  She has the background and professional knowledge to walk us through the process and check each box along the way.  Her assistance allowed us to easily work through each step.  In a large and busy operation, we believe it is key to engage with experts in their field to accomplish tasks and Jill was that expert for us in this instance!
