Bio

Jill Paradis has over 15 years of food safety consulting and training experience. She has taught for many world class establishments as well as hundreds of independently owned and operated restaurants. She collaborates with local health departments as the go to person for Spanish food safety training in person and virtually via webinar training. She is HACCP trained by the International HACCP Alliance. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. She has a passion for education and sharing her food safety knowledge.
