Since 2004, Culinary Translations has been helping to prevent food borne illness by providing food safety training in Spanish and English by partnering with local health departments, community colleges, restaurants, hotels, as well as tourism and lodging associations. Culinary Translations is a trusted source for food safety training and has trained thousands of food handlers in the fundamentals of food safety and the prevention of food borne illness. Helping establishments ensure safe food practices and helping to maintain a high standard of food service through education and training.
Jill Paradis has over 15 years of food safety consulting and training experience. She has taught for many world class establishments as well as hundreds of independently owned and operated restaurants. She collaborates with local health departments as the go to person for Spanish food safety training in person and virtually via webinar training. She is HACCP trained by the International HACCP Alliance. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. She has a passion for education and sharing her food safety knowledge.
