Servsafe® Training:

ServSafe® is a nationally recognized Food Safety Management certification. It is accepted in all 50 states.  The ServSafe® certification helps to ensure that establishments are following food safety protocols that will help to prevent foodborne illness.  The certification is 90 questions.  A passing score of 75% or higher is needed.  Certification is valid for 5 years.  Check with your state or local county health department to understand your specific training requirements.
