Rocky Mountain Promise is a food safety training
initiative in Eagle County that recognizes local restaurants for their commitment to provide the safest dining experience possible.  The Rocky Mountain Promise is an educational partnership of Eagle County Environmental Health, Town of Vail Environmental Health, Culinary Translations LLC, and the Vail Valley Chamber & Tourism Bureau. The Rocky Mountain Promise logo is awarded to food service operations that have successfully completed the accredited food safety training program, indicating that they are committed to the education of their staff regarding safe food handling practices. Restaurants who participate in the Rocky Mountain Promise have met the training requirements set forth by the Rocky Mountain Promise Group.
