Culinary Translations was founded upon the actual knowledge that Spanish speaking restaurant workers are not receiving the food safety training they need and deserve.

Founded January 2004, Culinary Translations has trained hundreds of Spanish speaking restaurant employees in Denver and the Colorado Mountain communities.

Trainings are currently being offered in the Vail Valley, Roaring Fork Valley, Summit County, Steamboat Springs, and the Front Range communities.
